You can click on the avatar on the top right corner and click on ‘My Profile’. From here you will be able to edit your account information and account password, but you can’t change your login e-mail.

You can delete your account by emailing us through our Contact Page.

When logged in, click on your avatar on the top right corner and then click on ‘My Profile’. From here you will be able to change your display name.

You have to provide a physical address to comply with GST regulations set by the Indian government.

Please check your spam folder or try a different email address. Usually, this is a problem with the receiving server getting the e-mails from us and either
- discarding it because it thinks it is spam
- delaying it or
- rejecting it for some unknown reasons.

We typically only disable accounts due to violation of ourterms & conditions.

- You can change the account password by heading over to the My Profile section if you are already logged in and want to change the password. Then click on edit button and go to change password section.
- Or if you forgot the password, you can click on the Forgot password on the Login page and the confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail, after verifying the email, you can reset your password.
